"Paid extra for king size bed, got 2 singles pushed together with gap in the middle. Don’t believe advert, they don’t have any king size beds in hotel at all. Found something disgusting in the room and got transferred to room with double bed, better than 2 singles pushed together but still not what I paid for. Other than finding unpleasant thing in the room rooms are clean and tidy. Person in reception very helpful so no issue there."
