However, I was angered by the fact that we initially took out the insurance policy that was advertised on the Hotels.com booking page, at the time of booking and then instantly, afterwards, we cancelled the insurance policy, as it wasn’t needed, only to find that we had still been charged by the insurance company Xcover.com, when my credit card bill arrived!! Shame on xcover.com!!"

Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel.
