"Very clean, courteous staff, excellent room conditions with all the amenities they announced. Only bad think in our experience, the room they assigned to us was in front of the Carretera Chapala so all night long we were hearing the heavy trucks, noisy traffic, it was hard to sleep with that noise."

"I give this property a 5 star based on the fact that for the price that is charged you get a comfortable bed, a great location to enjoy the Centro Historico area and to catch Ubers or other transportation and a decent restaurant which we went to for 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner and had decent service as well as tasty food. The reception staff was nice and we enjoyed the friendly welcome from the bellmen/concierge staff. All in all a pleasant stay within a few blocks of the cathedrals, San Juan de Dios Market and the Rotunda of Famous Jaliscans where you can plan and catch tours to places like Tlaquepaque, Tequila and Lake Chapala, or grab an Uber/Taxi to the Zoo/Aquarium about 30 minutes away. "
