" This place is really nice and everyone from the security guard, the receptionist, the cleaning crew, and the kitchen personnel are very, very nice and kind staircase, hallways, elevator, lobby, and dining area are very clean. My bathroom was pretty big and very clean. My bed Was pretty comfortable. The coffee is 24 hours and very very very delicious. I guess the only thing I would like to see would be a variety in the breakfast part, because I stayed four nights and all four mornings or rather...

"We enjoyed the room, it was very clean. Maid service was wonderful. However, the reception staff was terrible. They were on the personal cell phones a lot. Never actually smiled through out the check-in and acted as if they were doing us a favor. In addition the reception staff never actually acknowledged us with a hello, buenos dias or buenas trades. You walk right by the reception every time you go in or out and we were there for 4 days..."
