"Always love staying as we stay every year the only thing is that this time there was a pump noise going all night long which wasn't the best and the beds did not seem as comfortable as before. And of course Carlos the bartender is no longer there. All in all still happy but some changes appear to have been made"

"Loved the staff! Checked in late at night and was received and settled in immediately. My mother was traveling with me and forgot a pair of sunglasses in the room at checkout. The hotel was closed when we realized what happened but the following day we contacted them and they had saved the sunglasses for us. Can’t express how thankful I was for such great hospitality!
