"All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a little updating. The T.V. did not work as it had not been connected properly. Air conditioning worked only one night of my 3 night stay even though I requested at reception for it to be looked 3 times. "

"We were passing through, the third time we sleep at the hotel. Equally fantastic treatment, fast service, available staff. For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families. "

"Disappointed to be put in their other hotel. Didn't realise that their carparking was with another site and overall will cost us another €30. Directions could be more accurate as the hotel is not on the road described but backs onto it. We ended up parking the car to find it!!"
