"Booked it as a walk in, as had to move from other unsuitable accommodation. Had looked up hotels that had an rating of EXCELLENT and specifically made our way to this one, having read the reviews. "From even before I arrived at the hotel the staff on the front desk were very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location in Tirana and it was possible to walk most places. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The shower was hot.
