"Booked it as a walk in, as had to move from other unsuitable accommodation. Had looked up hotels that had an rating of EXCELLENT and specifically made our way to this one, having read the reviews. At reception, I then booked it through Hotels.com. It had everything that the reviews said and I too would rate it as EXCELLENT. Very close to the city centre. Modern and comfortable. "The location of this hotel is great. Close walking distance to everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. the towels were replaced everyday although we did not request that. Hotels seem to act eco friendly but most, like this one, replace and wash towels everyday. There is no elevator but it is an historic building. There is also too much smoking for our liking even though there are no smoking signs."
