"From even before I arrived at the hotel the staff on the front desk were very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location in Tirana and it was possible to walk most places. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The shower was hot. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the kitchen and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar which had a great view of the city. "First, the good: centrally located and the breakfast was OK. But the entire Sky Tower is under construction, so the windows are blocked with scaffolding and fabric, plus the whole place was dusty and a bit noisy. The room was huge but sparsely furnished (including a hideously orange sofa). Lighting was too bright and uninviting. Bathroom was just OK. The famous Sky Tower restaurant at the top was closed. Overall, little ambience, almost creepy."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. They were excellent at arranging taxis for us and with helpful information. Good English spoken. Room was suitable, however the shower floods the floor, the drains smell and we couldn't get the TV to work. Breakfast in really special room in the basement was excellent. Our stay in Tirana was amazing and we really enjoyed Albania."
