Sometimes you just discover some off the beaten path historical landmark that there's not much mention of in on Google or the web. I rented a bike to explore a village on the outskirts of Tirana, Albania and found this little diamond on the rough. An old Ottoman bridge built on top of an ancient Roman bridge on the banks of the Tirana river. Not something you see everyday!

"Excellent service. It shows they have a rigorous training program. The rooms are clean. The furniture in the room is dated, not really 5 star material, but it doesn’t matter much when you receive such excellent service. Highly recommend it!"

"We were passing through, the third time we sleep at the hotel. Equally fantastic treatment, fast service, available staff. For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and a good size, which was perfect for our family. However, the bathroom was quite small and a bit tight, which was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay and would consider returning in the future."

"I spent three nights at this lovely hotel, perfectly located in Blloku, Tirana. I originally booked a standard room, but the kind lady at reception generously upgraded me to a better room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of amenities, including an affordable and fully stocked minibar. The service was excellent—friendly and always helpful. "Overall, the property is wonderful, but the staff, particularly the receptionists, are not very friendly. The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong. "Very clean and a lovely aesthetic, staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel was also a very easy walking distance to the city centre. The spa was also amazing and the rooms where exceptional. The only thing I would say is more of an option for the breakfast buffet would be nice but there is a lot of nice cafes around."
