"Receptionist on arrival very helpful and friendly . When I asked a waiter about dining I was told it was too busy in the dinning room !! I was not impressed Eventually I ended up eating in the bar whereby the table wasn’t set for me I had to ask for condiments and a water and water glass Food disappointing. The chips I ordered with a burger were burnt initially so I sent them back. Some of the replacement chips weren’t cooked ! Would not eat dinner there again . However there was a top up...

"I had a very pleasant stay, and this is the 2nd review I have left, the staff were always very polite and courteous, I did have a small problem with my shower, which they sorted straight away, the bathroom door and the wardrobe door could do with some maintenace, but apart from that my room 46 was grand! The breakfast was lovely, and I don't normally eat them, but I made an exception! I will definately stay again should the need arise, the added bonus was the very large carpark, my only negative...

"Corridors & hotel room tired e.g. torn wallpaper, scuffed table. Receptionist accused me of not paying for dinner the night before where I had to provide a credit card statement as proof of payment as apparently the till receipt wasn’t suffice & the Waiter didn’t provide a pdq receipt. Fantastic facilities & grounds & felt very festive!"

"As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again"
