"Accommodation was clean, comfortable, within close walking distance to a few eateries and shops, and near Peak District favorites such as Chatsworth House and Bakewell. The children especially enjoyed the playground just across from the back garden. Our only disappointment was that the listing said there was a hot tub, but that must have been an error. All in all a great stay!"

"Four days walking with friends - great location and lovely property with very friendly and helpful owner The layout of property worked very well for us - we self catered and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only slight issue was that the showers in the rooms were not very powerful - maybe we werent usung them oroperly? Would definitely come again "

"The cottage is centrally-located in Tideswell which has a good selection of shops and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cottage is well-decorated and very comfortable for a family of four."

"The location was perfect with many walks and was close to Bakewell. The cottage was pristine and we felt right at home with the cosy feel and comfortable beds. The only downside was the bells chiming every 15 minutes so would definitely recommend ear plugs if staying in the front two bedrooms!"
