"The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing.. "

"My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to. "Its very near ximending..just a 5 to 7 min walking distance..They also got provide service of transport However,during mynlast booking to the airport..the driver seem not happy..He do not want any of us to seat in front seat.I got 1 elderly and 2 young kids..When reach airport..he help to open do then thats it..might as well he seat in his car..I was trap at the back of the seat.Need to wait all to alight then i can come out..hai.."

"The hotel is great, at the best location of Taipei, super convenient to subway and bus stations, a lot of restaurants and vibrant night life. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also nice. Hotel offers currency exchange, however only accept $50 or $100 bills. We had $20 bills so they couldn’t provide the service, That would be my only suggestion. We would definitely stay at Solaria Hotel again. "

"Taxi: about $40 from airport to hotel Train: first need to take regular rail (MRT) from the airport to the high speed rail (HSR) station then HSR to hotel; finding hotel is difficult; look for exit M6 Hotel is in a convenient location; older hotel but well kept; good service; 6 elevators; 2 of the 6 elevators will get you to the underground access to the MRT/HSR; laundry room, exercise room, restaurants in hotel and around MRT/HSR; walking distance to Mitsukoshi shopping mall, Daiso, McDonalds, Family Mart, 7-11, Uniqlo, Tim Ho Wan, Sushiro, and others."

"The hotel is conveniently located in a nice part of Taipei within walking distance to the SOGO luxury department stores. The hotel service is good and the newer style hotel rooms while small — offer understated elegance and offer basic but much appreciated amenities. The onsite public bath and hotel restaurant are nice features. The double twin beds offer more room than the single queen corner room. "
