"This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."

"My second time staying here, came with 3 months old baby. Staff is very polite, friendly yet professional. Room is spacious with very good amenities for baby, they also helped setting up anniversary decoration. Overall i had good experience and stay. "

"Rooms are very nice for the price. Bed was comfortable rather than being hard as a rock like many Thai hotels. Breakfast was more premium with extra international and Thai variety. The hotel doesn't have a view and isn't super close to dining and activities, but I would definitely return."

"We've been exploring Thailand the past 2.5 weeks and stayed in the 1BR Emerald Pool Villa a few days while in Pattaya. This place is nothing short of AMAZING! The concept of the resort is centered around the mining of precious gems in Africa, so the art/decor, foliage, scenery, even the attire of the main resort staff and concierges are African themed. Every detail of our room was exquisite; from the large, private in-suite jet pool, 15ft ceilings, well appointed bathroom toiletries, hygiene kits, stocked mini bar, robust ambient lighting options (huge for applying make-up and creating ambience), and concierge service directly to our room by dialing 0... at anytime! I loved that housekeeping "turned down" our bed for a romantic evening after an afternoon at the spa, that was such a wonderful touch! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! You'll enjoy the quiet seclusion of your villa and pleasant exchanges with the staff and guests in all the common areas.The food is wonderful! The chef always went out of his way to make vegan dishes for me upon request. So grateful for that! There are 2 fitness centers at the resort; and both are great. The equipment was great quality! The De-Stress Massage was outstanding! In fact, one of the best I've had in Thailand (...and I've had several). You'll have access to great food at the restaurants and so much more. Another nice touch that I loved about the resort was the music - it really enhanced the vibe of our stay overall. 5 stars!"
