"My family had a wonderful stay here — perfect for those wanting a peaceful, quiet vacation. The resort itself is beautiful & serene with so many plants & animals surrounding the villa. Our room was equipped with all the necessary amenities and when needed additional appliance (iron), they were able to satisfy our request. This resort has been here over 18 years yet it looks brand new because it’s maintained very well — beach, pool and other common areas are cleaned / renovated constantly....

What prevented a 5 star rating from me was that the internet went down in my room and throughout other locations in the hotel 2 days in row for long periods of time, which caused a major inconvenience for me.
