Amazing hotel! The kids had so much fun in the pools, the playground and the playroom . The breakfast was excellent! The only complaint is about the elevators - there are only a few elevators and a lot of floors so the elevators are busy and you have to wait..

The breakfast buffet is amazing, the fitness center and pool are outstanding, the staff is eager to please, and the shuttle drivers were willing to go the "extra mile" to help us. Especially Mr. Tawan - he's the greatest!

It looks like "Waiting" is the concept in this hotel. 1) Had to wait for CHECK-IN for 40min 2) Had to wait for CHECK-OUT for 35min 3) Had to wait for Elevator every time 4) was charged the damage of towel w/o showing anything Other 2 HOTEL of same group were good, but this hotel was worst.
