"House keeping has done a great job with keeping rooms clean however I believe the curtains need some sort of cleaning as it looks quite old/ dirty. Only a gym on site for a 5 star hotel. I would have expected better it felt more of a 4 star. "

"The wallpaper in our room 1417 was starting to peel and there were areas in the bathroom that needed more thorough cleaning. The location of the hotel was fabulous and the staff was exceptionally helpful hailing a cab. Was great to have complimentary water in the room. Enjoyed our stay!"
