"This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We woke up every morning to parrots in the tree. It is close to a ton of fun activities. We loved the beach club and they treated me like a queen for my birthday. The property is very clean and the grounds are beautiful."

"We were a party of 10 including kids. We were taken care of so well. We all enjoyed the hospitality! Everyone looked after us well!The only thing that we would have liked differently is cleanliness of the kitchen, the pots and pans etc. not used to seeing the old worn out utensils being used to cook so found that a bit put off.
