"The people who owned my room txtd my phone few days before trip. Hotel check in easy. Room modern kitchen stove fridge freezer microwave balcony clean just what i needed. beach directly behind hotel. Pool has a bar for purchase. Had my first coconut there. 10/10 will come again here forsure. Riu Ochi is soo far out the way in middle of nowhere neeed a car to get to town. This hotel is smack in middle of everything!!!!"

Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. "Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"The purpose of this trip was to rejuvenate and I found the perfect place. The view of the coast line from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect for a group of up to 5 (only 3 allowed). 5 minutes walk to everything. Dunns River Falls, Mystic mountains, and everything in town. Only one thing went out of place, the power went out in the town for a couple of hours (not the property’s fault). This place was amazing. Nice pool. Almost perfect place. And I am the first one to give a review."

"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
