"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "It was ok but they informed me they was going to not charge me until the July 3 because of flight issues but they did not tell the truth they started charging me on July 2 so they were not truthful. When informed they did not even off one night free "

"The location and grounds were great. We rented out the full facility for our strategic offsite and everything worked great and there was plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Most of all, the cleaning staff, groundskeepers, bartender and chefs were amazing and took such great care of all 13 of us. Most importantly, Chantay, the property manager was amazing a meticulous in helping us plan everything."
