"The staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were in a short layover in Charlotte and they made this stay very comfortable and easy. Gym not open due to remodeling--check ahead if this is important to you! We arrived late and I wish there had been room service but food and service in the bar did the trick. Friendly and prompt service here too. 10 stars for staff all around!"

"Clean and cozy. The perfect place to stay for game weekend. Bank of America stadium is in sight when you walk out the driveway and just a short walk away. We walked back after the game and ordered wings for watching the late game. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and had everything we needed. Very well thought out preparation for sure. Check-in was a breeze and parking is so convenient. Highly recommend!"
