"This was our first time at the Omni. We used valet parking and walked everywhere including the venue we went to that evening. The hotel was clean and attractive. The bed was comfortable. We couldn't connect to the wifi. We felt very safe in that particular area. The only annoyances were that the front desk guy didn't type my correct e mail address even though I literally spelled it out for him, pointing out the detail that he ended up getting wrong. I had to call later to have them correct it...

"The convenience of this property was great! I also loved the happy hour, bar, breakfast and dining area near the lobby! The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. While the food service from the bar was slow (apparently someone called out), the staff were great. Both bartenders were very good. Keisha was also very pleasant and helpful. She helped explained perks of the hotel and the membership. Thanks for a good stay overall. "

"Our one-night stay was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The mattresses were a bit worn/lumpy, and the toilet leaked onto the floor when flushing, but overall this was a very nice and convenient place to stay for an overnight after a Hornets game. "
