"When we arrived at our room the toilet seat was up and there was pee around the lip of the toilet. Somebody had clearly been in that room and here's the toilet after the cleaning ladies are done their job. Although the room is small we had no problem with it what we found was there was a lack of space to put things down on a shelf and not enough hooks to hang things up."
