I liked the location that it was close to the highways and the fact that the area of the hotel wasn't congested with traffic. Another plus is within walking distance to Chinatown, Asian bakeries and restaurants. Also Olivera Street of the Mexican Town with food and vendors.outdoors.

No deposit! $5 to park your car but parking lot has a security guard and locked 24/7. You can come in and out the guard will open the gate no matter how late. Booked a two beds room, more spacious than expected from seeing pictures online. Very clean bathrooms, beds, everything!

It was close to the L.A. Union Station, Phillippe sandwiches, and other restaurants at Olivera Street. However, I'd like it better if they'd bring back the continental breakfast section, have the rooms a little warmer, and have better working T.V. remotes.

The Metro Plaza was a great hotel. It had everything I look for in a vacation stay: convenient location; affordable; easy check-in; excellent staff; clean and safe. Also the new room renovations offer a modern and appealing design, especially the shower area (one thing: a soap holder would be a nice touch), Lastly, let the management and staff know that I appreciated the friendly an professional help they provided me during my visit.
