"Upon check-in we were a little disappointed in our room (1bedroom). After posting a comment in Expedia, the property manager contacted us and offered to change our room to the newer tower. Once we moved our experience was exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bright. Beach was quiet and water was warm and there was great snorkeling. Food was very good with a particular shout out to Oro which was phenomenal. Would definitely come back."

"My stay was great but I did have 2 minor issues. Check in is at 4 pm but my room wasnt ready until 4:40 pm. I had been up traveling from the U.S. and expected my room to be ready and was frustrated that it wasnt. It wasnt just my room that wasnt ready.
