"I tried to call and see what discounts were available to verify I was getting the best rate and the room was going for about $350 a night with a discount. Hotels beat that by over $200 a night LESS than a call for a vacant room late on the night of booking. The room was clean, the extra seating and table was nice, along with the kitchen and utensils for cooking in the room! I also liked the large walk in shower!"

"The hotel looks a bit tired. Chairs in the lobby are worn, the carpet in my room was worn and the paint job in the bathroom was not great. There was a huge drip on the tile. Also, the bathroom door handles were old and hard to work. And there was no rail for the shower glass on the right side, so it swung back and forth if you touched it. The positive is the bed was very clean and comfortable. And I met one of your managers, Angelique, who took the time to walk me to a take-out restaurant and talk to me while we were waiting for my order. Deb came by for her dinner as well, and was also very kind. I have never had anyone do that for me before. Even the man who checked us in--I didn't get his name--was helpful, polite and kind. Excellent staff."
