"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Court Cottage. The property was in excellent condition. The owner has great communication. It was such a special touch that she added a Christmas tree and decor during our holiday visit. "

"I absolutely loved our stay! It was very comfortable and felt like home. The only thing I could not figure out was the heater/towel rack in the bathroom was not turning on. There was fresh milk in the fridge for coffee or tea (both were provided with sugar) and biscuits (cookies). The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots and pans, utensils, everything we needed to prepare and eat a meal. Each room has its own bathroom, which is great when you have teenagers. "Lovely little cottage, perfect location with walking distance to the town centre (10/15mins), had a lovely weekend celebrating my partners birthday just what we needed to have a break and relax. The cottage was lovely especially the fire in the evenings as it got a bit chilly in the cottage, we really enjoyed our stay"

"This house is wonderful, a real old world experience. We loved playing lord and lady of the manor and keeping check on our large family. There were 12 adults, 7 grandchildren and 4 dogs. We had a wonderful time. The high points are the building itself, the grounds, the pool house, tennis courts, games room and the family kitchen which become our hub. We spent many happy hours at the house and we will be going back some day. The level of finish is good as are the fixtures, fittings & equipment....

"A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

"A grand property with lots of space, rooms & parking Fully equipped with everything you need and more We had a range of ages from 0-80 and there was lots to do for everyone: hot tubs, snooker, air hockey, tv, and a perfect venue for a game of children’s hide & seek! Couldn’t fault it we had the best weekend, brought in private caterers for an 3 course meal and partied in the cellar bar.. all in all made memories as a family that we will treasure "
