She made sure we had everything we needed and provided some brilliant personalised recommendations for things to do/happening in the local area. "We had a fabulous stay for a family gathering at a local wedding. Beautifully kept property with everything you would need for all ages. There are a few high steps here and there so those less mobile may find accessing some areas a bit tricky. Overall 10/10 for us though."

"Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"

"Lovely cottage. The cottage was very clean and had all amenities needed. Welcome hamper for both adults and dog was a lovely touch. Hot tub was fantastic. Location was great only a 10 min walk to local pub and various dog walks. Would definitely recommend. We had dinner in local pub ‘The Lodge’ which was very good."

"The Stables is a charming and spacious property. We were thrilled to find it beautifully decorated for Christmas and an amazing basket of goodies/treats that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We were disappointed to find many of the light bulbs burned out or nonfunctional, leaving no lighting in the main hallway. Heating such an old home is always challenging, so not surprising to find the first floor very cold and the upstairs quite warm. The pillows and mattresses throughout the house left much...
