"The property was located about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent Restaurants were also a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The ac unit went out for one day and one staff member was sent that evening to check it, but it was not fixed until the next day by getting a new unit. That same evening we didn't have hot water.
