"This will ne my 2nd home!! Wenie, our concierge was fabulous. She texted prior to our arrival, when we arrived and every morning to check on us. Our cottages were the cutest ever, kitchen area, 2 separate rooms for privacy if traveling with a friend. There's security that patrols the cotteges. Jeffrey, the shuttle driver, will take you to the beach, which is breath taking on its own, but theres a designated are for the people that stay at Kokomo with chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not overly crowded. Our main taxi driver Junior, is the best you can get. He picked us up multiple times in a day without issue, took us to a great grocery store to get whatever we needed to stock the room and made sure we were safe when he dropped us off at places. It is kid friendly and you can buy excursions after arrival to the hotel. Someone in my party had a medical emergency and the hotel handled it beautifully. "
