"Absolutely loved the location and feel of this property. Just a 9 minute walk from the train station and a 3-5 minute walk from everything else. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located right in the middle of a luxurious shopping area. The breakfast area is more like a beautiful tea room. Great stay! "

"We loved our stay at this hotel! We spent three nights and saw so much of Florence. The room was clean and comfortable, they restocked the tea tray every day and even provided extras for milk and sugar etc. in the main reception. The staff were friendly and directed us to places if we needed pointing in the right direction. The view from our room was beautiful and faced the bell tower. The aircon was really good particularly on one of the days when it reached 27°c and was really needed. It was a large room with a comfortable bed and good storage. The bathroom was good with a nice shower and pretty lights above it. Overall we had a lovely stay in a lovely hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area wanting somewhere clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the majority of attractions. "
