"We had a delightful stay at the hotel moments. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and they have a coffee machine in the lobby that makes all different kinds of coffee plus hot chocolate. It is available 24 seven for gas. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit."

Grreat staff who were extremely helpful and friendly very knowledgeable about the city especially public transport which we had to use a few times to get to a venue out of the city centre . The hotel is in a great location away from main road but within walking distance to the river and tourist hotspots . Will definitely be staying here again highly...

"The check in process was a little difficult. The WiFi was broken and we were not informed until after we checked in. We were told it was getting fixed that day, but it wasn’t, and never did get fixed over the 3 days we were there. We would not have stayed there if we knew this. The room was bare boned. "I stayed in the apartment with the street view and it was excellent. Beautiful view of O street. There was a balcony too which I would have used quite a bit had my trip not taken place in winter. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. My only (minor) quibble is that I would have preferred to have a TV in the bedroom as opposed to the living room as I need to have something playing in the background while I sleep. "
