"From the time we checked in to the time we left, we never had any issues. The staff there was awesome and answered any and all questions we had. The room was awesome and very clean. Even housekeeping tidying up everyday still made the room feel like home. Breakfast every morning was fresh and very well presented. Got to try some new things so that was a plus. After staying here, I will most definately stay at anothe residence inn in the future. 100 out of 100!!!!"

"This Hotel has been a pleasant place to stay cause its fairley close to family and friends why in Kansas City, but this time was off, to say, a little. Got in room and looked like someone had been laying in the bed, pillow pushed down, blankets turned down a little, and no remote for the TV, but I didnt bother to report it to desk, cause sometimes it causes a rockus and they start putting you in worse rooms, and they was no breakfast out Sunday Morning."
