"There was no heating on in our room when we arrived, and considering it was -2° outside, we expected more the heater in the bathroom didnt work and it was so cold in there that I couldn't have a shower before going out.. I was told it probably hadn't come on yet and she would sort it but the room didnt get very warm at all night.. "Travelled from Yorkshire en route to the New Forest, stayed one night. We had a comfortable nights stay, an amazing evening meal & a fantastic breakfast! We would love to return. Great room facilities including a fan which was much appreciated! Popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Recommended! "
