"Spectacular location overlooking the lake. Quiet and peaceful. The conservatory was lovely to relax with a cuppa overlooking the gardens. Comfortable bed, lovely deep soaking bath. Great breakfast overlooking the black swans in the lake. Wish we had longer than one night. Fantastic service. CJ gave an excellent recommendation to go soak in a local hot waterfall which was a fantastic experience! "

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."

"We were slightly later than planned to check in but before the front desk closed. I felt that check in was rushed and seconds after they left, we had questions and returned to the office and no one was there--we used the phone to try and contact them to answer our questions (how to use the air conditioner, etc) and there was no response. "Great place to stay a bit out of town but is nice as it has all you need. Great games room for kids as well as nice heated pool and spa. Food was great and daughter loved the chocolate fountain in restaurant for desert. Would recommend this hotel. Rooms were lovely and aircon was on a heat which was super nice at the time as was a bit cool. "
