"It is the third time we have stayed here. The rooms are neat and tidy. They are so well maintained and are comfortable to be in. I love that we can see the playground from our cabin so the kids can go play at any time. The pool is heated and they have now added a slide into the pool. The staff are feiendly and very helpful. The dinosaurs are just a plus for my boys. The only negative about our whole stay would be getting from the pool to our house but thats mother natures fault. As a mother I highly recommend All Seasons Holiday Park (: "

"What a lovely dog friendly place to stay, with a small fenced grassed area that is safe to let your dog be loose in. Parks and 11 km of Sandy beach right across the road , take-away choices walking distance few 100 meters down the road. It is quite a main road though so even though the unit has double glazing if you are not used to traffic noise trucks rumbling past might wake you through the night ( or the occasional loud motorbike or boy-racer type ). Just info for those easily woken by unfamiliar sounds. Also if you just want to put your feet up and enjoy a nice cup of tea after arriving pick up some milk along the way before you get there. "Wonderful to stay in the garden caravan with my young son. Pam and Nev are wonderful hosts, the Caravan is spotless and perfect place to stay. Brilliant location right on the lakeside, playground, bush walks, golf and Rotorua just 20 minutes or so away. This was our second visit and we had such a good time. Thank you for having us. "
