"Nice grounds and pools. Large rooms but somewhat stark. All tile floors. Smelled like cleaning products. Cabinets were rickety. Seems like built in the 70s and never upgraded. Could hear people easily in adjacent rooms and our neighbors below complained to us that we sounded like construction workers through their ceiling. Restaurant was reasonable with good food."

"Very beautiful and welcoming. Staff is very attentive and working hard to address any issues or concerns. I didn’t venture off facilities, but there are places you can travel to that is not far away. My only issue was that the when I used the public hot tub it was a bit dirty from the nature that fell into it and it was warm at best. Not really hot. Everything I’d enjoyed and would recommend doing tour and the spa after. "

"Love the remote jungle location. Only problem was this was a ground floor room and the family above sounded like elephants walking and running across their room. Also the open air shower never got quite hot enough especially with the rainy weather."

"Had an excellent stay here in November for our honeymoon. Check in was friendly and we were greeted with cool towels and a cold drink which was lovely after a long drive. The hotel has incredible value with thermal spa. Our room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning at the on site restaurant, one thing I will note is that there were not a lot of vegan options for breakfast and the espresso machine did not have a non dairy option. "This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. Both of my rooms were comfortable and worth recommending. If you can, upgrade your room! *this is a comparison to other global AIRPORT hotels*"
