"Staff member was cheerful & helpful, not enough car parks, unit was very clean, some laminate peel but ok, bed & sheets were very clean & comfy. however didn't like how the hot water ran out after 3 minutes and had to finish washing hair 20 minutes later when it was hot again? also very noisy traffic as is on a main street corner block. I would not book this again."

"I came up to QLD with my best friend for 4 nights. Immediately after arriving to the stay, we fell in love! Communication with reception was seamless and effective, the building itself was beautiful, clean and had an amazing view. Other residents were lovely and very welcoming! We enjoyed being so close to the outlet shops that we’re walking distance and absolutely adored our apartment that generally felt like a home a way from home - bonus is how beautiful and relaxing the area is as...

"Overall the experience was good, except the condition of the furniture and the dishes weren’t clean. We’re required to wash and dry the dishes that we use during our stay there but the dishes already provided to us wasnt clean so we had to wash them before even using."

The only negativity I have is our air conditioning in our unit did not work & the water took ages to drain bath & sink. Also NO EXTRA blankets which was needed as weather was cold in morning & @ nite. Thank you "

"Even though the building is starting to age our room was clean and tidy and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff were friendly. Parking space was tight but manageable. Only issue was our TV didn’t work when we arrived which was not able to be fixed until the next day. If we return to Surfers we would like to stay there again "
