"I feel the Grab and Go could be improved. Not a very healthy start to the day! This is the second time I have stayed there, everything was perfect except the 'breakfast'. Coffee was great, can't fault that, but toast and condiments' eg butter, jam etc would be appreciated - the basic breakfast.. Just a thought. Other than that my stay there was very pleasant. The staff very accommodating and helpful. "

"28 Hotel has great hospitality. Staff were very friendly and helpful at every interaction (including leaving bags prior to check-in, forgetting a key card, offer of free upgrade) and the availability of fruit, pastries and coffee/tea made for a lovely vibe in the lobby. The room itself was pretty basic, but had all the important amenities including iron and board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, bar fridge, clean sheets, nice pillows. I'd happily stay again."
