"Very good location. Friendly family offered good breakfast. The only negative thing was that the water temperature can change from cold to very hot randomly( without your input). Be very careful when taking a shower!!!"

"I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. The hosts were incredibly helpful, transparent, proactive, on top of their stuff, and overall just great people! I would definitely stay there again. "

"Great location a short walk into old town but away from the chaos. Still some noise of traffic from the street which can't be helped. Comfortable room. Air con and hot water. Bathtub was a great plus after months of travel. Nice host. "

"Serenity Villa was our favorite stay for our entire trip to Vietnam. It is located in a nice corner of Hoi An & everything from shopping to our favorite banh mi stall was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the night market just around the corner from the hotel. The family that runs the hotel was extremely helpful. We had help laundry service, booking a tour, and food recommendations. We would definitely stay at Serenity Villa the next time we travel to Hoi An."

"Loved everything about this place. Location was great - a bit out of town but loved to see local life. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order (try the banana pancakes) Bikes are provided which we used daily to cycle into town and to the beach. The service from the staff was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The only slight thing to be aware of is the pool loses the sun at lunchtime."

"Wonderful place to stay. The host was fantastic and so friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice secluded balcony. Walking distance to all the sites but tucked away so the room was completely quiet at night. The laundry service was so inexpensive, we had clothes washed twice. I would definitely stay here again"

"This is a friendly family run business. The staff are so happy and it reflects on their service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It is a.pleasant change to look at rice fields instead of other buildings. The showers were strong and hot also. Building in need of a little repair here and there but it is not a problem. It's a little out of town but bicyle are free and place next door has motorbikes.. Will definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were big and clean. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Thu gave us plenty info on awesome stuff to do around town, she booked our taxis, tours, etc she was always happy to help and speaks really good English. We are going to miss Hoi An so much!"

Nice hotel

"The hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast is served indoors or on a spacious patio. Plenty to choose from including an egg station, lots of fresh fruits and Asian options. There is a lovely pool with lots of sun beds but the weather was too cool during our stay and we didn’t make use of it. The only negative for us was that we were given a pool view room right above the pool bar/ restaurant that is open until 11 pm. We had been up since 4 am due to our flight in and desperately wanted an early night but a bus tour group were partying loudly at the bar. We asked for a room change and fortunately they were able to move us. There are plenty of tailors on the street if you would like to get a suit, dress, etc. made, takes just 2-3 days depending what you order. "
