The staffs from house keeping to doormen are friendly and helpful. Lily is the most courteous, friendly and always provides valuable information and suggestions with our questions. "This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything. "

"The resort is massive, with quite a few places to eat (although a few were closed as it was low season) and a casino. However, during low season the place felt lifeless as the place lack the usually movement of tourist bringing life to a cavernous space. The hotel is stylish and modern and our room was beautiful and spacious, just a shame we came when it is rainy season as we could not sit out in the balcony. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. The pool area was also nice, pity we could not use it as it was too cold. There is also a private beach. The resort is 20 mins away from Hoi An Old Town and 50 mins from Danang. The resorts does provide shuttle bus to these locations which we did take advantage of, especially to Hoi An where we went for dinner on a regular basis. The restaurants in the resort are expensive, more Western prices, so it was worthwhile taking the bus or a Grab taxi to Hoi An."

"LASENTA was an unreal stay, luxuries yet affordable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. The shuttle service and bikes were very convenient and town was seconds away. The staff were friendly and helpful would recommend to friends and family."
