"Nice hotel in a beautiful little city. Easy to walk to everything and plenty pf tour options available at the travel desk. Only two minor complaints, a walk in shower would be much nicer than a shower in the bathtub, and in our room at least (161) there was no electrical power point near the kettle. Small items, but noticeable. "

"Love this location! Anytime I travel to Hoi An, I stay here. Would like for them to bring back the local snacks (free) at with reservations but that doesn't take away the awesome customer service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is VERY clean."

"The breakfast was excellent each morning. I stayed five days and they would vary the menu each day, taking about four days to repeat All of the staff did an excellent job, they were vary professional. I had an ocean facing suite and it's layout was awesome."

"Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. Also, received a free day pass to their silk beach club along the beach, which was wonderful to relax one day. Perfect location. Like all hotels we've been to in vietnam, sound proofing is almost non existent so bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Construction next door was a bit annoying, but hopefully done soon. We stayed in Jan 2025. Restaurants and spas all nearby. Many rides can be arranged to /from Da Nang airport for fixed prices all advertised. Small fitness center. Nice pool and lounge area."

"We loved our 5 night stay here. It’s our second time at Legacy and we were still really impressed. Our room was upgraded and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly (especially Jenny) and we appreciated the sweet touch of a slice of cake on my husband’s birthday. Convenient location as only a short Grab or shuttle bus into town. Pool area is beautiful (although a little cool for swimming in January). The gardens are beautiful, with our toddler loving the fish. Very comfortable stay and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. "
