"Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. The staff claim that the cancellatiob is due to non payment and they are unwilling to contact expedia and we got to sort out the issues ourselves despite us showing evidence that payment has been made. "I extended my stay from 7 days to 10 days. I think it's pretty obvious I enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay like induction cooker, rice cooker, and washing machine. The gym is more than adequate. I used it quite often when I was there. No complaints. :)"

"Our family of 4 (with boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for just one night (as I imagine most people will) because we had an early morning departure from the airport. This hotel did not disappoint even for a brief stay! The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel and thought the food was delicious. Even though the water was a little cool, our boys enjoyed the pool - and what we all thought was really fun and interesting was watching the planes take off and land from the airport a very short distance away. Despite being close to the airport, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed safe and walkable, although there didn't seem to be too many services nearby (just a few shops and restaurants). The hotel arranged an inexpensive shuttle to the airport for us early in the morning. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"2번째 여기 자는건데 직원들 신속하고 친절합니다. 늦게가도 체크인 신속하게 잘 처리해줍니다. 잠자리는 뭐 고급은 아니고 저렴한 가격에 잠만 자고 갈만은 합니다. 공항 근처라서 약간 소음이 있긴한데 그래도 잠은 크게 방해받지 않았습니다."

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!"
