"Could not check in, despite caling in advance about arriving later and to confirm booking was in order. Was denied the room and charged anway, had to go through months of customer service with expedia and Klarna to fix this. Do not recommend, staff was unfriendly, did not speak English well and seemed uneager and unbothered to help. We were left to sit in the street after a long night of travel."
