"Could not check in, despite caling in advance about arriving later and to confirm booking was in order. Was denied the room and charged anway, had to go through months of customer service with expedia and Klarna to fix this. Do not recommend, staff was unfriendly, did not speak English well and seemed uneager and unbothered to help. We were left to sit in the street after a long night of travel."

"great location especially as its only a 10 minute walk from the havaist bus service 19 to taksim from the new Istanbul airport. you can easily get to other parts of Istanbul with the Metro station at taksim but just remember the metro and bus service shuts down at midnight. the hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful, sadly it needs a slight refurbishment as some of the finishes in the room were disappointing. a surprise to me was that the hotel has its own entrance on the...

"This is a beautiful historic hotel. Mustafa Ataturk stayed at this hotel as did many world known celebrities. The hotel had preserved the rooms that Ataturk used and now show them as a museum.
