"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...

"Property is about 10 mins walk from the Bus station and Hotel does not provide shuttle to and fro, hence it is inconvenient to pull fhe luggage during winter time to the hotel. "Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy. We reserved a 45 mins private onsen for 3200 yen. It was well worth it! The room was roomy and clean. It has a private shower and bathroom....

"It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen.
