"I stayed for one night to try snowboarding the next morning for the first time, I was very surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff was and there is a public bath at a walkable distance. "Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "

"其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了"

"The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small. But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. There are better places to stay in this area."
