"Concierge staff were wonderful! They took care of our luggage (15 ) for early check in and called a taxi for us (seats 6). The breakfast was ok but fresh. I wished there were more options. It’s conveniently located next to a major subway station. Linked to 3 other Prince hotels. "

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"This was absolutely perfect for our last night in Japan. Hospitality was above and beyond. Beautiful gardens and grounds and can use the amenities of the hotel. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel. Loved the Godzilla theme. Everything was well-presented. The single room was very small, which is fine, but be prepared for how little it is. It was also a little confusing figuring out how to get to the hotel, as its entrance is behind the building it's part of."
