"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. "The area is near Dotonbori, it is walkable to train station and the shopping district..the only thing I did not like is that you need to transfer to a local/metro train from Kansai airport train in order to reach the hotel, so you need to ride 2 different train and the room is small for 3 people and you can hardly move around, there is a kitchen but you can’t cook because the space is small and can’t eat properly since the table is so small for 3 but overall is just fine, anyway, we don’t stay...
