Michael was amazing in helping us make arrangements for activities and so flexible when our flight was cancelled to assist in a place to stay as the home we were in was rented to the next people. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. "
