"We spent several days at this property while in Nagoya and have only very good things to say. Yes, location is very convenient, a few minutes on foot from the main train station, with many dining options. Yes, room was spotless and quiet, and housekeeping was flawless. Yes, breakfast had many choices (Asian and Western) and breakfast service was impeccable. Service however was where the hotel and its staff shine. Hotel service was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations, solving problems (I had left an item at the hotel and they were able to get it back to me hundreds of miles away) or simply greeting me with a smile each day. A warm thank you to the front desk and all the staff. "
